Incidently @kinggee, for someone who has such strong views about dental chains, I find it curious that whilst you are abundantly vocal about ONT, you are completely silent about Pacific Smiles (PSQ). I would have thought someone with such a passion for the industry, wouldn't have their views restricted to only one industry participant.

I suggest some disclosure may be in order, lest someone become suspicious of your motives.
