All of the options on issue have a 3 year vesting period and then they have 2 years post before expiry date. Three years is a pretty standard period for vesting in my experience (in fact many schemes vest equal amounts annually throughout the vesting period). They obviously have to also meet the exercise price (but obviously not for any performance rights that are basically zero strike options).
