It's definitely not a scam because none of the founding shareholders exited at the IPO and the supporting investment bank ACA took up 5m shares in the IPO and went on to buy more than that when the price dropped.
The selling is based on fear that things are not what they are appear to be.
The sellers would have to be IPO-investors.
The shares that " the frightened "dumped seem to have originally been taken up by traders and then have been gradually soaked up by investors like me who are definitely not frightened.
Some people see a scam where others see a 12 bragger.
