They don't do buy back as the owner owns most of the company. He listed here I strongly suspect (likely the case) to release his money out of China.
The share price is only a superficial thing. The substance is in the business - it's growth and profitability. As I said before, if this company is what it said in its book, it has the characters of value and growth both combined.
Use a small amt of your capital invested in this company if you are sacred, as its return vs risk is quite disproportionately priced. Gamble big if you believe in the company management.
As what Templeton investing philosophy, the share price is down because of no body want to buy not because the business is bad.
There is lots of doubt about the management, it creates buying opportunity, if the management carried out its integrity, you would be paying a lot more for the company.
