It does sound that way - "The directors have prepared a cash flow forecast, which includes the completion of the above activities ..."
Adding to your question - will shareholders get to see this cash flow forecast? It would surely be important for making a considered investment decision ... if we were trading. At this point, I certainly would not be taking the directors' words for anything.
The quote that worries me is: "The company is currently in advanced discussions with sophisticated investors to complete a Private Placement. The funds are expected to be raised within 3 months from the date of the Interim Financial Report."
It sounds as though they've given themselves a 3 month deadline, from today, to come out of suspension. That is extremely ominous, seeing as they have not hit one deadline to date.
I don't blame management for every setback, but they haven't shown yet that they're capable of handling unexpected obstacles, or at least not in a timely manner.
