Im not that concerned about the wages because they look to be using that money to buy shares from the options that were issued to them. It's the benefits that ticks me off nearly as much as the loan and it's crazy terms.
I'm also not happy with the AJQ saga, had they would have paid us back on time we wouldn't have needed this stupid loan. What makes matters worse is the deal we got out if lending them the money kinda sucked.
I must say I'm loosing trust here and should adjust our holding to suit.

Maybe we need a banker on the BOD to fix this problem.

I really thought I was onto something special here, but there's a reason for the lag in NTA .
