We needed money to secure the incredible wages our Directors are drawing off to satisfy their lifestyles. The more we pay them the more they have to buy more shares at the cheapest prices. Our CEO is getting paid multiples of salaries from DGR, SOL etc., etc., etc. Over $1.15million. I also noted in a recent post on this forum that Ironridge looks so good that any number of new companies can be formed to raise money to run independently.......looks like a whole new series of companies that our Director/s will raise additional salaries. Their greed is unbelievable.

Another 1 million in employee benefits. Is that shares or $1 million in money? Are they seriously thinking that they need more incentives to work with this company/s. The gravy train is just getting thicker and juicer all the time.

And raising $3 million at 20% per year is next to highway robbery from shareholder when loans can be obtained for 1 or 2 percent in North America, let alone world banks. Backroom deals being made here with all the benefits going to who? I think we know the answer to that question and it's not the normal shareholder! Over time, these same self interested people are accumulating extraordinary amounts of shares in all the companies they are supposed to managing in the best interest of all shareholders.

Another example for all to see why our share value is being manipulated at its current levels. Allows those with excess funds to buy more cheaply....and our CEO leads the charge.
