b) there are reasonable ground to believe that Gas2Grid limited will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable.
How does Mr Morton intend to pay the loans back unless he is confident GGX still has more to run.
by what i saw the loans will mature 2018 and may be extended once ways of payment are confirmed like gaining a partner to finish the Philippines.
