Loan books and % in arrears are the most impressive. That mortgage book grew very quickly, yet has a lower rate of 30days in arrears than it had 12/24months ago.
Personal loans running at 0.7% in arrears with an eye-watering NIM.
The only negative I took was:
"Our market share for debt agreements remains under pressure. We will never sacrifice quality and customer benefit for volume and market share"
Nothing major, just a little more competition in the space.
