I think not. Why contribute when you can use other people's money to fund your wealth creation? The only director change Ann I could find following the rights issue in 2009 (and placement to sophisticated investors at 68c) was for John Dunlop and Patrick Mutz - the latter buying 7,403 shares, and JD acquiring and disposing of a hefty number in July 2009 (family trust ?). At least the company publishes accurate records and keeps them available for us to check on the website. .. That of course was before Patrick Mutz resigned (aug 2010) following the fed court action Ann. ... Very interesting when you look back at events historically and know what we know now ...
