Ideal - An announcement pre-market Monday of a CR.. (not unexpected due to recent selling and company ambitions) = Put rest to speculation of what the CR price will be and prevent too much short term damage to the SP.
Not Ideal - Speculation of when a CR will occur and how much it will be. Monday may see existing holders sell (for a loss) based on fear of losing more and a grind down to a ridiculous SP.
Over to management now to look after holders who they've thanked for their support.
