Note 17 in the Financial Report makes me cringe and grind my teeth and it also relates back to their poor Corporate Governance Statement last year.

The poor share price performance doesn't help matters either, it presents itself as neither a yield nor a growth stock and with such low market liquidity it doesn't offer short term traders anything but risk.
