ok well we must all agree that times are proving difficult there is no dought about it its fact right now.
So are they being prudential in what they are doing?
Id say yes, they are still ticking away its unfortunate we are in the midst of a slow down when they are fundamentally setting them selves up for future growth..sitting paitiently
