    With respect, GGX has been looking for a Farmin partner for many
    years...the economics of project do not seem to be there.............
    May I suggest that in the end..that GGX will perhaps opt
    for a merger once again ..despite failing once before...
    if the Co. can convince potential partner that current
    projects have some merit..the maths are simple as
    perhaps a merged venture..........
