I am surprised someone hasn't approached the shareholders...

I am surprised someone hasn't approached the shareholders association about some of the cross dealings both inter and intra YBR and TZL (also not sure about the ADO arrangements). Least of all the double dipping of the same individual as an Executive Chairman of both, owned private company cross-charging for services, the cosiness of two major shareholders and their transactional fees services driving down shareholder value. Something else that irks me is that YBR has an Exec Chair, a CEO and a COO, blimey not many ASX100 companies have that indulgence.

I am losing the ability to be supportive of YBR as it is becoming seemingly more that the shareholders are being harvested as much as the clients and the Board has forgotten who their responsibility is to.
