He raises capital at the worst times, when our back is up against the wall & the price is down, causing maximum shareholder dilution . Won't buy shares on market, only gifts them to himself whilst charging for Rent, Accountancy, Promotion, Travel, anything that can be charged is.... all from his own companies.
We pay full time salary for part time work ! you guys also get the same treatment.
