Just need to look through the personalities i think....the underlying business appears to be growing strongly across all measures (mortgages, funds under mgt etc)...imo they will hit a "size and scale" whereby one of the majors will simply have to take them out - again, imo thats the business plan - get market share that is of such significance that you get taken out....and MAQ would appear to have the inside running on that....the 4 pilars banking structure will get tweaked eventually and who is the best alternative to play into that - imo a combination of MAQ/YBR.....
