They have some construction capability in civil and rail enough for Ferrovial to be impressed, remember TSE was part of one the 2 remaining east west link consortiums . I think M & As talks are very hot at the present in this sector as the small Johnny come lately boom starters will get smashed and larger established companies will consolidate.
