It looks damn cheap based on even just hitting guidance.
Cheap isn't the question IMO...its trust in management and quality of the company...
If the above two factors are addressed, this is worth double current price.... CF is low due to utilisation drop off (paying staff without work on)...but at this stage its all a matter of "IFs" hence why the price is "cheap"..
