I disagree a bit.... buy a business, look at the people and "redund" those that don't fit...managing employee cost is critical to short term profitability.
Also RXP bought those businesses with earn out bonuses (in most cases). Rather than think of "9 girlfriends fighting" maybe think of this situation as "sugar daddy" with "9 gold diggers".

My message to RXP Management (Fielding Bros) is, "Deliver! Deliver! Deliver!"
