Market cap growth is probably not a good measure of success - a larger market cap provides no benefit to shareholders if it has not been driven by a share price.
Price at IPO - Nov 2011 = 50 cents
Price today - Feb 2014 = 38.5 cents
Management have overseen a destruction in shareholder value over the past 3.5 years
