IMO no ASX company respects their shareholders more than ARP. They put their shareholders first, they write to us periodically, they hand out special dividends and they have a clear strategy to manage shareholders' funds in a competent way. I can't ask anymore than that!
Post the mining slowdown, the company has changed its focus in the last 18 months, and become more interested in tackling overseas markets. The Prague warehouse has barely been open in 1H2015 and already has earned $3m in revenue. We will see more stores slowly added in Australia, but the main growth driver appears now to be offshore.
The company's ability to be at the forefront of developing new quality products gives it a strong competitive advantage over rivals. While rivals imitate ARP's products, loyal customers tend to stick with the reliable and trustworthy ARB brand.
