TNR is nothing more than a shell. I'll leave it to you guys to determine who is responsible for that.
However, management have put a transaction forward for consideration that imo will transform this company and offers a great deal of potential for the creation of shareholder wealth. The company will be recapitalised and will be very actively building on current resources under new management.
