Andy, I guess management thought they would have the final approval months ago and are shy of making any further forecasts as they have no idea when the government will see fit finally issue the approval. In the meantime KRM gradually runs out of cash (again) and the loan interest rates go up. KRM is in a very precarious position that will all change when the approval is issued. I will reenter as soon as the light goes green.
Today's trading suggests that someone liked the report. Either that or imminent approval has been leaked.
