I am assuming that the 900kish revenue of 4 months for statseeker is the 50% share that TCN is entitled to as well, which translates to around $5.5m annualised on a 100% basis. So yes on a very simple basis, if they get whats expected from that say around $500k for the half, plus a repeat in the others of around the $1m mark, then earnings will be approaching that $2.5m mark, or $3m annualised.
$20m for that is dirt cheap, but we still need confirmation I guess. But at confirmation you wont be paying $20m, I think more like $30m :) And with 3 prongs firing then surely there is scope for some premium.
I am quietly hopeful of getting 20c for this in 12 months, and 15c within 6.
