I think its critical that the j.v, farm out partner is confirmed asap.(no cap raising)

I note they are selling assets including drilling rigs,
is this because they have a partner that has all that equipment and GGX don't require it anymore?

the lack of updates is a concern but only means that they are still working on it.no news till end of month(10 days)

In summary it really says to me that all's going along as planed so long as a j.v partner is found.(imo)
