It's easy to see the mistakes that Forge's management made with hindsight. The number of sophisticated investors they had on their register even up until the point when they went into administration shows that it was difficult to see this at the time.
I'm not saying that RXP's management are similar and perhaps they are exceptional but how do you know?
I used to hold RXP but felt that recent announcements weren't 100% transparent. Given that like you I think the success of this particular company is heavily dependent on management's ability, this was enough for me to sell. Obviously others see it differently and I respect that.
