...If chm get 5 to 10 mill they will have done well....Believe me!!!
Glyna this sounds like an almost hysterical pleading.
You need to calm down a bit.
Security of costs happened very early in the case not when the main body of evidence was lodged.
MMX current management say in the last half year report that the case relates to transactions before current management. These people cant then turn around and say MMX had no knoweldge as they were not there at the time to decide if it had knowledge or not.
What knowledge MMX had comes down to the evidence of the previous management including Grimaldi the executive director who signed all ASX reports.
As to your research the only place I can get historical (rather that hysterical) info is ASX site.
Now in august 2004 ASX state that MMX is delisted because it didnt pay its listing fee's and its last quarterly report leading up to this event showed just over 30k in the bank.
Now we go to the supplementary prospectus lodged in Feb 2005 which talks about the IO acquistion and cash payments as made or having to be made in 2004. There was 110k paid as deposit for one asset and a total of 500k paid by no later that 28/7/2004 according to MMX prospectus.
All shares to raise cash occurred after the prospectus dated 19/11/2004 according to the supplementary prospectus.
So where did MMX get 600k in a period where according to their own ASX listed documents they had 34k money.
It wouldnt be from CHM cheques and selling off CHM shares they somehow got there hands would it ?
It wasnt from any capital raising as their own documents say the timing of cash raised was after the 610k in deposits had been paid.
