They or someone else is. It is clear to me as frustrating as it is that someone is manipulating this stock to slowly accumulate more at these levels. IOOF was only the start imo, I'll be watching for some more notices to appear. This type of share price movement is indicitive of Institutions taking a large position by weeding out the weak hands.

Just have a look at the sell stack on .12 loaded with orders of 777 amounts of shares. Just happens to be over the 1m mark as well, a visible barrier! I hate this kind of trading, had it on IIF IOF and the like. Have to wait until they let it go but I'll be looking to load up at .115 if I get the chance. That looks like the bottom to me.

The Insto's are getting in before Toho stuff happens or a better offer appears. As much as I hate them we have no choice but to go with the flow.
