We should see Jeff's remuneration come down from 1 July when he steps down from the MD role- hopefully substantially (but I wouldn't hold my breathe). A few notes from conversation with CFO (from memory as on hols and had a few wines!)
The $600K one off expense- approx. $130K relates to writing down value of some old IP on dental product (not sure which) but pre-dates CFO. The remainder pertains to redundancy costs & associated legal fees for Italy, France, Germany, Austria and Brazil if memory serves as without notes). No other redundancy costs for this expected in H2.
Decreased cash-flow includes : large mercury order, 2 cargo loads of product for Brazil, divi payments.
Its been estimated that circa $700k of the $900k loss for Brazil is due to currency effect (informed by another investor who also spoke to John).
