Jason Peterson from Celtic buying in as a director can only be a good sign although I would like to hear from others what they make of that unexpected turn of events. He has gone from zero to owning about 7% from memory. (Need to check details on this)
Hersh buying on market late last year matching Jason's buy in is also to me a signal of belief in the upcoming transaction and change in direction for the company.
On the other hand we have one disgruntled ex business partner who couldn't keep his private battles private but instead chose to undermine others and cause as much damage as possible.. Claims made to me about said person from two unrelated parties discredit his character significantly. I'll leave it at that.
