We're close to news either way. The structure of the CR will be outlined soon, and we must be getting closer to some clinical trial results - which ideally we'd have as collateral before we go for the raise.
Best case is results are in/close to in, and we're structuring a deal around that data with a multi-national.
A raise at $0.002 just isn't going to cut it.
