So safe to say, they will be running low on cash now
Ignoring the 1.4c strike options as they are likely dead, they have 1.3Bn shares on issue
They will require at minimum an additional $2-3M to support current spending, which again would only last a quarter at current burn rates
No one is going to pay a premium when they are distressed, so the raise will most likely be at 0.24c (20% discount) unless the brokers try to really lowball them at 0.2c
That is an additional 833M-1.25Bn shares to be issued and they face the same situation next quarter unless sales drastically increase, or they do a deal with a pharma who takes over the heavy lifting
So call it 2.5Bn shares on issue, it will most likely require a 10:1 consolidation as well
They have left it till last minute to raise money with the stock at all time lows, a very big no no
