Agree - at a glance it all looks positive - Golding summary statements seem very positive. Its easy to forget that acquisitions mean risk and we’ve moved forward so far looking great and we can enjoy the benefits of the acquisition over the next few years. Need to go through all the numbers in detail but def happy so far.
The reasoning behind no div is as expected and I’m not pushed either way on that.
