i wanted to short this at $30.50 but the market was too buoyant

by sheer fluke, the NPAT & EPS was what i had guessed, to the dollar & cent

personally i think of the grocery trading is the same, the final dividend might be 55 cents; making the total dividend $1 for the year; which is a payout ratio of 75% (10% lower than Coles payout of 85%)

on a 5% before tax dividend yield defensive stock, its worth $28.50, imo, in the current positive sentiment market

i went short at open but closed my short for a few pips after redoing my calculations

i was hoping it would fall to $26 but i think the final dividend will be 55 cents
