Well you should read the Wagering segment results which do not include anything to do with the merger, and then you can have a chance of deciding if they look worrying or not.
I think the move to digital is unavoidable, but not as profitable. In the context of a big merger, when the acquirer's business is performing very poorly, you have a potential smokescreen/distraction strategy at work.
