OK so I got it wrong on the dilution!!!
Just rang the company secretary and realised I hadn't done the math properly. It appears they are attempting to do exactly what I am asking for, namely trying to build up a more diversified shareholder base and strengthen the shareholder register.
I found Grant Mackenzie very approachable...... and very patient. I was glad I had started the conversation by congratulating him on the turnaround, when I realised just how wrong I had got it.
