Good positive news. Not sure about the dilution that's coming...

Good positive news.
Not sure about the dilution that's coming though and why are we limited to $15k of new shares rather than 1:1 or better?
Shouldn't the company be rewarding long suffering shareholders rather than giving more favourable treatment to corporate mates?
I'll be interested to hear what others here think?
My summary good progress on business front spoilt by discriminatory favourable treatment of new corporates when compared to what has been offered to existing long suffering shareholders.
