Upon reading the more detailed report, I'm fairly confident that the NPAT does not take into account any divvy payments.

So basically they are using all their profit to pay the divvy, and in fact the report outlines diluted earnings per share (EPS) at 9.9c so if they are paying a divvy of 11c per share fully franked it appears they are going backwards.

This can't be sustained... I think it's time for all holders to crunch some numbers - I'll be forecasting a divvy of 8c-9c in the future. I need to calculate the % yield on my average buy price from 8c-9c and then I'll make a decision about whether to hold, reduce or bail out completely.

Just my 2c still interested to hear from others.
