Surandy, good point re: set up costs of TGS I believe this is outlined in some detail within the report I believe they said it cost up to $21 million as a one-off expense from memory (I did read it but can not be sure I'm recalling with 100% accuracy).
It is a little concerning that TAH brought in over $1 billion revenue but their NPAT was only $72 mill. Doesn't sound like a good profit margin to me. I guess if you could add that $21 mill back in it's nearly $100 mill which is surely the minimum you would want from a business that generated $1 billion in revenue.
