I think it is a good move. They need to get some substantive shareholders/institutions on board and raise the profile. Not sure why people are fixating on a CR when they had $1.9M as at 21/12, received $500,000 last week, have a R&D grant for $250K due and $2M from FZO in 10 weeks.... If they are considering an acquisition then it would have to stack up with the current share price situation. I doubt that with an "A team" board, they are in any doubt about the SP issue.
