What worries me is that when companies sometimes do a roadshow, a CR is imminent! Do not see why in this case but if there is an acquisition around the corner then they may need more cash in the bank rather than beg for fund afterwards. Only issue will be that a CR will need to be done at a discount to current SP and as such will dilute our value.
