thoughts.....in times of economic stress there are few options to get money. So CCV should get more running to them for loans. BUT how many will be bad? After all.....they would be persons in stressed positions.? We don't know. But if they can't keep a lid on these sorts of bad loans when times are going well....how will they do better when times are bad.?
New CEO?
I hark back to a previous post. Others have thrown in the towel....what things are so bad that they throw in the towel...? ..... Mafia? or something close?
