I am afraid they have cycled through one experienced CEO and two well regarded director. All of them threw in the towel. It probably means there is deep problem that is not apparent to public.
I won't bet on the new hired gun will turn this ship 180 degree within 12 months. He may throw in the towel too when he finds himself in a career killing mess.
