I don't see a corresponding drop in interest expense with debt decreases. It is stupid to hold so much cash earning next to nothing and paying expensive interest cost.
Also, that should be their business model i.e. earning credit spread between consumer loan and their debt. Equity is really expensive for long term holder. They should leverage up.
Underwriting clearly deteriorated with bad debt increasing.
