although a capital raise is never great for shareholders, I disagree that it was terrible to raise money to pay off the bond. They now have little debt and thus more room to grow loan book, which is the best thing for shareholders.
As for the results, I’m unsure how I feel. On the one hand growing revenue in all areas, but on the other hugh bad debt and having to adjust for accounting changes to make their number comparable.
