One thing that really gets under my skin is them issuing share to pay off the bond. This completely dilutes the existing shareholders and cap the gain. This essentially punished the loyal shareholders who stay with them through thick and thin.
The only consolation is to see underwriter and Ezcorp deep in the red as well. Serve them right for the their stupidity.
