I would not read too much into the commentary in the report. It is standard conservative legalistic wording that covers the directors as@#s. the fact that they chose to defend this one rather than settle like the others means they have a level of confidence in their position. Either way an end to the case clears the runway for CCV. Their business lines are all growing well and underlying business is in good shape. New CEO can then put his foot on the accelerator.
