US bond rate going up. Expect this go down with others like TCL. Not to mention the blood bath on Friday.
Still see more value here than the other bond proxy stocks. I exited $5.20 something last year luckily. Will re-enter as I see value through efficiencies on top of the stable income. TCL doesn’t have that.

Funny that you should mention TCL in the context of AZJ, because there is some interesting debate (well, I find it interesting, at any rate) discussion on TCL threads.
Incidentally, I think TCL is a far superior business to AZJ.
(And I don't have any particular motive for saying so, given I am a happy shareholder in both companies... albeit I consider neither of them to be undervalued at present.)
