How is selling a company trading at approx 4.0 cents per share for 0.42 cents per share a good outcome for shareholders...? A tenth of its listed value. Its 0.42 cents, not 42 cents.
The vast majority of CCE's net assets is intangibles, ie the intellectual property of CETO technology, which if you sold for NTA value would mean you'd be giving away the CETO tech for free.
